1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the TrueWin service, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You have to be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to gamble in your jurisdiction. We can request documents to confirm your identity and age at any point, and can limit access where the law demands it.

3. Your Account

• You may hold only one account, registered with accurate personal details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Money has to come from a payment method held in your own name. We pay out withdrawals once any identity checks have cleared. Minimum and maximum limits can apply depending on the method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
